We’re so glad you asked! We take a holistic approach to harm reduction. This involves community engagement and legislative advocacy in addition to the direct services described above. We provide training and guidance to community associations, healthcare providers, church leaders, city officials, and other harm reduction providers to combat the persistent stigma and misinformation surrounding drug use and sex work. We also work with state and local legislators to promote policies to keep our neighbors safe, such as decriminalization of paraphernalia and authorization of overdose prevention centers.
